Sensemaking

A crucial aspect of my *KaaS work, revolves around sensemaking for self-managed organizations and DAO governance, aiming to provide clear insights and updates for contributors. I focus on facilitating a deep understanding of ongoing goals, projects, and actions, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Context

Having extensively navigated the complexities of the web3 space, collaborated with numerous DAOs, and kept up with the different stages in which Gitcoin has evolved, my interest and dedication to this project has grown significantly during my active involvement spanning several months as a newsletter editor.

Keeping contributors well-informed and fostering an environment of transparency and collaboration is my top priority.

Now, by leveraging the Gitcoin Citizens Round program, I intend to facilitate other ways of sensemaking for a broader audience beyond current contributors to continue spreading awareness and increasing adoption to collectively build, fund, and protect what matters.

I'm focusing on (mixed) funding for both work done and planned work.
