A property purchased by a friend, possibly back to DAO, would need to crowdfund it.

Previously I was the driving force behind the Island DAO. But it is not so easy to coordinate anons on the internet. Because of my work, people from all over the place were contacting me whenever a cool island became available for sale.

This time around changed the tactic a bit - contacted a wealthy friend who had capacity to pull the trigger.
