Main Goal for the Next 6 Months

Our main objective is to deliver regenerative infrastructure on Koh Phangan -> Phangan QF. This aims to empower local public good activists and enhance coordination, potentially increasing non-profit activities on the island. We plan to organize our efforts quarterly or biannually.

Fundraising Efforts

Starting from $0, we are collecting donations through the 1st Phangan pre-round on Gitcoin from global donors. Check out our rounds' report cards on:

Additionally, we are filling up the Phangan QF treasury via the EcoSynthesisX Spring Round, currently active on 5 chains on Gitcoin

The goal involves significant onboarding work with local nonprofits and donors. While part of this has been accomplished, much remains to be done.

On-ground Activities

• Regen Full Moon: Meetups, workshops, and parties.
• Decentralized Cleanup | Earth Monthly Day: An initiative to clean up the island.
• Degen to Regen General Onboarding: Educating and transitioning individuals towards regenerative practices.
