A community initiative in Tepoztlan, Morelos, Mexico produces organic vegetables using permaculture, seeking funding for operations, tools, and a greenhouse while integrating RWA tokenization for transparency.

Huerto Comunitario la Milpa is a community-led initiative in Tepoztlan, Morelos, Mexico, focused on producing and harvesting organic vegetables and fruits. Established 1.5 years ago and backed by 18 years of horticulture experience, the project employs permaculture principles and ecological agriculture to create a sustainable and resilient local food system. Our main goals include enhancing local food security, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and fostering community education in organic farming.

We seek funding to support daily operations, improve soil fertility, construct a greenhouse, acquire essential tools, and build a dry toilet. Additionally, we plan to integrate Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization to trace and verify our produce, listing it on an impact marketplace to attract eco-conscious consumers and investors. This approach will enhance transparency, promote sustainable agriculture, and strengthen our community's resilience.
