Our platform is fully independent, bootstrapped, and supports open-source DeFi protocols, networks, and other off-chain infrastructures in need of technical staff.
Project Purpose
Our objective is to continually publish technical jobs for reputable noncorporate decentralized on-chain and off-chain organizations without any gatekeeping between candidates and organizations. We provide tools and information for both candidates and employers to optimally identify suitable opportunities, contributing to the growth of the crypto ecosystem. The core focus of the project is on data collection, structuring of data, enrichment, and correlation between market data and job data. We intend to present projects and organizations in a complete, permanent and authoritative way by showing critical metrics such as TVLs, Hacks, Raises, Usage stats, and more. We will of course, allow protocol members to join the platform for free and redact inaccuracies and enrich the data set with their own knowledge. In the short term we will launch a simple presentation of job opportunities enriched with some data. In the medium term we will add tools for developers to easy-apply to jobs in an AI enhanced way, and allow organizations to find relevant and available developers in a rapid and efficient way. These developers are highly sought after in the ultra-competitive league of skilled developers. In the long term, we aim to providing this data to the ecosystem via an open API, which then allows other builders to compose solutions leveraging our data silos.
Our unfair advantage
Simply put: this is not your average job board. Our platform is fully automated and ingests data from APIs exposing job listings and quite frankly any means possible. We solve the two sided market bootstrapping problem by having a fully automated platform which requires no manual input from organizations to list their jobs, and which allows consenting developers to opt in and have their opensource public contributions analyzed and ranked to solve issues which commonly plague sourcing departments at organizations.

Team Information
Our diverse, global team consists of four full-time members and two part-time contributors (5 devs and 1 designer), with plans to expand soon. DuckDegen, an engineer passionate about building projects benefiting makers and builders, founded the project in September 2022.

- Launched a POC on Telegram in March 2023 (Twitter announcement)
- Two live Telegram channels: technical jobs, nontechnical jobs with ±500 subscribers

Use of Funds
Funds received will cover infrastructure bills and support our engineers in working full-time without external influences. Our costs include GitHub, OpenAI, Figma, hosting, and various software vendor licenses (±500 USD/mo). We aim to compensate our contributors fairly, considering living costs in their regions across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
