Description
Welcome to Pepemon, a DAO owned and operated by passionate players like you! We're dedicated to creating open gaming experiences in the web3 ecosystem, and we're proud of what we've achieved so far - all thanks to our amazing community and their generous donations.
Introducing Degen Battleground
Our first Pepemon game, Degen Battleground, is a play-to-earn trading card game. It's fueled by DeFi, utilizes NFTs as in-game assets, and is governed in a decentralized manner by its players. Designed to be easy to learn yet challenging to master, Degen Battleground invites users to engage in thrilling blockchain-based duels, striving to become the very best.
Our Journey
Pepemon first emerged in 2020 as a fresh, decentralized economy. We distributed an impressive 99.86% of tokens through an airdrop to community members who helped spread the word about our mission: to create a player-owned blockchain game that captivates and empowers.
Achievements
Despite operating solely on donations, we've successfully launched several dApps within our ecosystem, including:
- A staking platform boasting ~80% of PPBLZ tokens in staking, with a total value locked (TVL) of approximately $3 million.
- An NFT Store that has sold over $1 million worth of digital cards.
- NFT Staking Events, enabling Pepetrainers to stake and evolve their existing NFTs.
- A Unity game app, soon to be launched on Android, iOS, and web platforms.
Join Us
Our incredible journey has been made possible by the unwavering support of our community. With no external funding, we've managed to develop a feature-rich dApp and a fully on-chain card game that truly belongs to the players. We invite you to join us on this exciting adventure as we continue to innovate and expand in the world of decentralized gaming. Together, let's make history!
