Background - A Network Society for ReFi

ReFi DAO emerged as a founder-led startup community during the rapid influx of talent & capital that emerged in the 2021 ReFi boom. Since then, and thanks to the support of our community, we have become the cultural home of ReFi for top founders, investors and builders at the intersection of impact and web3. We are here to support the mycelial growth of regenerative culture, technology and ventures, both online and in-person.

Daryl Edwards and John Ellison announced they are stepping down from their leadership roles and inviting a fresh wave of leadership to co-steward and guide the next chapter of ReFi DAO. This transition not only signifies a shift in roles but also serves as a call for new leaders within ReFi who are inspired to champion this next stage of the movement.

Now, with a robust brand, a spirited online community, and a global network of local nodes, ReFi DAO is optimally positioned to continue its journey of community development and growth in a way that honours network autonomy while laying the groundwork for a universal movement for the upcoming cycle.

• Local Node Support: Fostering the growth of Local Nodes, refining and adding to the Local Node Toolkit, and initiating the forthcoming ReFi Local Node Incubator Program.
• Action-centric Community: Pioneering ReFi DAO as a conduit for action-oriented exchanges among regenerative DAOs, organizations, and communities.
