The Meta-Mentorship Program is a comprehensive and inclusive mentorship initiative aimed at supporting BIPOC, women, nonbinary, and LGBTQ2IA+ creators in becoming leaders in the economy of the future. Creators come with little to no knowledge of crypto and tech, but leave confident and able to mint and publish their art onto the blockchain. The program’s curriculum offers a range of resources, including education on decentralized technology and innovative industry tools, creative skill-building workshops, and personal and professional development strategies. Through this program, we aim to empower participants to become agents of change in their communities and industries, while also increasing their financial well-being and career prospects. By providing a safe and supportive space for BIPOC, women, nonbinary, and LGBTQ2IA+ creators to share knowledge, skills, and resources, we hope to foster a more equitable and diverse economy that benefits everyone. Our ultimate goal is to create a ripple effect of positive change, as program participants use their newfound skills and knowledge to uplift others and transform their industries from within. We believe that by investing in the leadership potential of BIPOC, women, nonbinary, and LGBTQ2IA+ creators, we can create a more just and prosperous future for all. At the end of the mentorship, participants will have created and published their creations and/or art onto a blockchain, bringing traditionally marginalized creators to this frontier to make their impact digital, personal, and part of their real life.
