The Turn is a planetary festival of regenerative play. 🎡

At the turn of the seasons, we compete across the globe to see who can manifest the most regeneration.

We've played 4 Turns over the past year, and we've reached the first yearly Turn, at the Autumn Equinox, 23-24th September, where we'll harvest the past, seed the future, and play our greatest game yet.

For our last Turn, we fed 200 people in 5 cities.

And thorough our collaboration with Crypto For The Homeless, we were reimbursed 0.292 ETH for the Playnet.

Wut?

Yes, every cent we spent on feeding the homeless was refunded by C4TH into the Playnet so we can reinvest in further regenerative play..

The Playnet is the collectively governed smart contract that stakes crypto to generate yield that we invest into further regeneration (help us build it).

Participants and winners of the game will receive Proofs of Play for their ERC-6551 Playport, which will give them governance rights over the Playnet.

We believe this is a regenerative flywheel that could scale to epic proportions.

Check it: We dance with the spirit of play to perform regenerative action, like feeding those in need, validate it with crypto charities like C4TH, and get reimbursed in crypto.

We invest the crypto into a portfolio of yields, from solid stakes to degen bets, which is invested into local regeneration and local regenerators, governed by the people who are participating in the play.

This inspires more people to play, and onboard non-crypto users with proof of doing something good.

And if we can get institutions on board, who are already doing the work, and fill the coffers of the crypto charities, we can spin this wheel until everyone's a winner.

For this Turn, we are seeking to onboard more players in more cities, raise more funds, and create collaborations with other crypto institutions who will validate and refund regenerative action.

Do you want to play?

We're aiming for at least 10 cities. Confirmed players include:

Amsterdam, Bangalore, Berlin, Bristol, Brussels, Lisbon and Vienna.

Who can collect the most trash? Who can collect the greatest story? Who can feed the most in need?

We'll be playing Trash Tag, The Feast, and Story Hunters. We've got an institutional collaborator for The Feast (C4TH), but we need new partners for the other games (who do you know?). And if you want to organize other games with your own validation or prizes, get in touch!

With the raised funds we'll:

• Create banners and apparel to distribute as prizes, create a feeling of tribe and get people asking: what the hell are they playing at? (Regen Green Finger Gloves anyone?)

• Support a smart contract developer for the playnet contracts, which will involve token streams of staking yields, governed by ERC-6551 Playports, weighted with Proof of Play NFTs (come build with us).

• Build a cool website to help players onboard and chaordinate within their cities.

• Stake 25% to generate future yield for the Playnet.
