A Few Engagements

Project Overview: For the past three years, I have been deeply engaged in the NFT space, focusing on promoting education and community development. My efforts include assisting emerging artists in their journeys, educating artists and community managers about Quadratic funding, and fostering a safe environment for all community members. Notably, I had the privilege of hosting a space with Kevin Owaki, which allowed me to share knowledge and insights with a wider audience.

Achievements and Contributions: During my time in the NFT space, I have achieved the following milestones:

Educational Outreach: I have been instrumental in educating artists and community managers about Quadratic funding, a concept that promotes fair distribution of resources. On Clubhouse and Twitter Spaces I have empowered individuals to understand and harness this concept for the betterment of the community.

Community Building: I have actively worked to grow new communities within the NFT space. Through online platforms and social media, I have fostered connections, facilitated discussions, and helped create an environment where individuals can collaborate, learn, and thrive.

Supporting Emerging Artists: I have dedicated substantial effort to mentoring and assisting emerging artists in their NFT journeys. By offering guidance on digital art creation, tokenization, and marketing strategies, I have played a role in shaping the success stories of several artists within the community.

Safety Advocacy: I have tirelessly worked to ensure the safety of community members by investigating and addressing incidents involving bad actors. By raising awareness about potential risks and providing guidance on security practices, I have contributed to a safer online environment.

Grant Objectives: The requested funds will be allocated towards achieving the following objectives:

Continued Education: Develop and execute more comprehensive educational resources, including in-depth tutorials, webinars, and guides, to empower both artists and enthusiasts in the NFT space.

Content Creation: Produce a series of engaging and informative content on Twitter Spaces and a new Newsletter that delve into various aspects of the Web3 ecosystem, thereby spreading knowledge to a wider audience.

Community Expansion: Organize community-building initiatives, virtual meetups, and collaborative projects to foster a sense of belonging and encourage the growth of new communities.

Inclusion and Diversity: Implement strategies to promote diversity, inclusion, and advocacy within the global Web3 space, ensuring that underrepresented voices are heard and supported.

I look forward for the opportunity to further contribute to the global Web3 ecosystem through this grant. With a proven track record of educational outreach, community building, and safety advocacy, I am confident in my ability to utilize the grant funds effectively to achieve the outlined objectives. I am committed to continuing my tireless efforts and am eager to work towards the betterment of the Web3 community.
