Mobile clinic group visited National Grammar School to educate over 200 students on drug abuse, using drama and presentations, while providing health screenings for teachers.

On 7th March 2024, the Thursday mobile clinic CDS group went to National Grammar school Nike to enlighten the students on the CONSEQUENCES OF DRUG ABUSE. Drama was played followed by a presentation on the topic by our corp members. At the end of the presentation, the students were asked questions, and gifts were issued to those that answered correctly. The teachers of the school also benefited from our visit because their blood pressure measurements and blood glucose levels were tested. Those with abnormal reading were counsel by our NYSC doctors of their conditions and adviced to visit the hospital for further management.

Over 200 students were in attendance in this edition.

More of similar programs is being planned in the near future and the team plans on making it a monthly event.
