About Zo House

Zo Houses stand as IRL nodes, each acting as a clubhouse for techno optimistic folks that embodies the decentralized ethos of Web3. These spaces are more than just physical locations; they are vibrant hubs where the boundary between digital innovation and real-world interaction dissolves. By leveraging the principles of a distributed network, each Zo House serves as a beacon for the web3-curious, fostering environments where ideas flourish and collaborations form naturally.

Our spaces are more than just physical locations; they are environments where ideas flourish and collaborations form naturally. By nurturing local Web3 builders, we aim to contribute significantly to the growth and development of the Ethereum ecosystem in Asia.

What we do to empower builders?

Objectives

Zo House aims to Inspire and empower Web3 builders by hosting a series of activations, including workshops, hackathons/hacker houses, and community events, to encourage and support Web3 builders in India.

1. Workshops & Training Sessions: Host educational workshops focusing on Web3 technologies, decentralized applications, and blockchain development.
2. Hackathons: Organize hackathons/hacker houses to bring together developers from diverse backgrounds to collaborate on innovative projects.
3. Community Events: Facilitate meetups, discussions, and networking events to strengthen the Web3 community in India.

These activations will provide opportunities for collaboration, learning, and innovation, helping to foster a thriving ecosystem for the next generation of decentralized technology.

Also we will be partnering with all the web3 communities in India, specifically from Bangalore (Tech hub of India) to get more exposure and to bring in and educate more developer crowd.

Fund usage

With the funding from the Gitcoin Asia Round, we plan to deploy resources towards the following activities:

1. Workshops
2. Hacker Houses
3. Community Events

These activations will provide opportunities for collaboration, learning, and innovation, helping to foster a thriving ecosystem for the next generation of decentralized technology.
