Creating 1,000 tons of biochar with 'Ring of Fire' kilns and developing carbon-negative hemp bricks, to sequester CO2, improve soil health, and future-proof construction with eco-friendly materials.

Greetings! 🌟

Our team is a vibrant tapestry of hands-on experts – from meticulous engineers and data wizards to innovative software developers and a sharp-witted attorney. We're the boots on the ground, collaborating closely with dedicated contractors producing biochar and hardworking smallholder farmers growing hemp for our sustainable ventures.

We're on a mission to make a tangible impact on climate change with our grassroots approach. Through this Gitcoin grant, we aim to create a whopping 1,000 tons of biochar using the eco-friendly 'Ring of Fire' kiln πŸ”₯. This isn't just about carbon sequestration – it's a holistic method that also mitigates methane emissions and nourishes the earth beneath our feet, boosting soil health and biodiversity 🌿. This funding would allow us to pay biochar contractors to do the work on site, as there is currently limited funding by landowners. This also means that contractors can employ more unemployed people and go through the biochar training process with our team and start gearing up for providing landowners with a Biochar-as-a-Service offering, broadening their service offering beyond burning biomass in the field which causes significant emissions and no co products like biochar

Simultaneously, we've partnered with Afrimat Hemp to refine carbon footprinting for a truly groundbreaking material – carbon-negative hemp bricks! 🧱 These aren't your ordinary building blocks; they're a beacon of sustainability, locking away CO2 and providing exceptional insulation. However, there's a catch – these eco-friendly bricks come with a "green premium." While they surpass traditional bricks in environmental benefits, they also cost a tad more. That's where carbon funding steps in, bridging the gap to make these hemp bricks an accessible choice for more projects. By supporting our project, you're not just donating; you're investing in a future where carbon reduction leaps off the pages of theory and into the realm of impactful action πŸš€. You'll be championing a reduction in CO2 levels, nurturing eco-agriculture, and paving the way for greener construction.

Let's sow the seeds for change together and watch a greener, healthier planet blossom for us and generations to come. 🌍✨ Join us in this eco-innovative journey and be a part of the solution!
