Coordinating a multicultural team at BanklessDAO to promote web3 education worldwide through localized content translation and creation, focusing on the Gitcoin ecosystem.

TL;DR

BanklessDAO International Media Nodes project has a great potential to attract attention to and promote Gitcoin and Allo adoption through translated documentation/articles and original educational material. I contribute, and will continue to do so, through an effective coordination of the multicultural team, so they can focus on what they do best: reaching out to local audiences through content translation, creation and localization.

About me.

As a year long contributor in Bankless DAO, I’ve been navigating the dao life and figuring out where I can contribute more. Making use of my analytical skills and coordination abilities I found a perfect fit in the seemingly chaotic environment of the DAO. Amidst the complexity of the information flow, I can coordinate the international teams to work effectively towards a common goal.

About the project I contribute to.

At the BanklessDAO project called International Media Nodes (IMN) we are bringing the bankless movement - friendly on boarding to web3 through media and culture - to every corner of the world, so people can access the most relevant web3 content in their own language and adapted to their specific needs and interests. Of course Gitcoin ecosystem is part of the most relevant web3 tools and platforms we want to teach people about.

We are building public goods: relevant, high quality, and friendly educational content. I will continue to hold my role of coordinating the growing team of 30+ members of the project, distributed around the world, helping them to stay focused on the priorities and motivated through the ups and downs of the market sentiment.

A conclusion.

A world where individuals can choose a path to proactively contribute to public goods, the betterment of their communities and humanity as a whole, while making a living out of it, is a world where I would like to live in. And thanks to Gitcoin team, there is hope that this will happen in the not so distant future. I am very happy to be part of this effort.
