How Ethereum Cat Herders support? Protocol Upgrade Coordination: Our team plays a crucial role in efficiently communicating protocol changes by coordinating efforts across multiple teams, tracking progress, and swiftly resolving any conflicts or bottlenecks that may arise during the development process. We conduct surveys, collect reviews and feedback for process improvement.

EIP Support: We actively participate in the Ethereum Improvement Proposal process, providing guidance to authors with EIP Editing Office Hour , seeking community feedback, and driving consensus on proposed changes to the Ethereum protocol with EIPIP meetings

Community Engagement: With a focus on fostering community involvement and awareness, we organize and facilitate community calls, meetings, and events. Through these activities, we promote transparency, gather feedback, and encourage collaboration within the Ethereum ecosystem.

Documentation and Communication: We are committed to creating and maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation that helps developers and stakeholders navigate the Ethereum ecosystem. Additionally, we manage communication channels to ensure effective dissemination of information and foster a strong sense of community.
