GAOA is a dynamic system emerging from 2 interconnected components:

1. ⚪ The framework (synthetic meta-theory) represents a holistic evolution of the widely adopted agile management framework (SCRUM), building upon integral theory to incorporate a holistic set of practices, tools, meetings and processes with the aim of maximizing the potential of self-managed organizations while facilitating fulfillment for the people within them.

2. ⚫ The network (organic meta-practice) integrates diverse minds working, learning and playing in the intersection of Web3, Cognitive Science and the Creator Economy, who implement and iterate on the framework to self-organize a coherent community united by a common ethos of continuous improvement, knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

Capital Allocation

The Financial Capital raised through Quadratic Funding will be invested into regenerative and holistic capital co-creation initiatives through GAOAnetwork:

1. Net New Intellectual Capital: Creating the GAOAframework guidebook (as a public good, openly accessible to everyone within the Web3 community and beyond), synthesizing applied research for Holonic Coordination. This guidebook will be continuously upgraded, incorporating peer feedback and successful use cases, providing comprehensive insights and practical guidelines for personal and organizational development.

2. Cultural Capital: Expanding from our core team to a thriving and cohesive community that contributes positively to the Web3 ecosystem, promoting an environment of collaboration and shared values by organizing inclusive community events, workshops, and gatherings that celebrate diversity, promote mutual respect, and foster a sense of belonging among members.

3. Social Capital: Facilitating knowledge-sharing platforms, virtual master minds, and providing a polycentric knowledge-stack, where community members can freely exchange ideas and build meaningful connections in the platform of their preference. Fostering organic connections and partnerships within the web3 ecosystem to co-create win-win solutions.

4. Experiential Capital: Developing prototype modules and programs to test and refine our concepts. Unlike conventional Continuing Professional Development (CPD), we propose a Continuing Integral Development (CID) as a holistic approach, delivered through D2D services and guided by the DAO, enabling community input and shaping the evolution of the GAOAframework. CID program includes structured learning paths, interactive workshops led by industry experts, and mentorship, combining skill acquisition with personal growth, while also prioritizing consciousness expansion and pluralistic well-being.
