“MozTW Space” (摩茲工寮), AKA “Mozilla Community Space Taipei,” is a co-working and event venue for local open-source contributors & civil-society hackers.

Co-managing by “Keyholders,” 14 local volunteers from different OSS communities, we support all open-culture activities and a free and open event & meeting venue since May 2014. More than 23,000 visitors and 2,000 events, meetups & workshops from 77 open communities have happened in MozTW Space and keep growing daily.

The hackers & builders we support are in diverse domains - open source, programming, AI, blockchain, technology policy, civil society, CS education, open data, DEI, infoSec, makers & design. Some of the closest communities include G0V, Open Street Map, Wikimedia, Creative Commons, Ubuntu, Open Culture Foundation, SITCON (Students Information Technology Conference), and COSCUP (Conference for Open Source Coders, Users & Promoters).

We would like to keep the space as open as possible and keep helping more people build their communities and projects through this public venue.
