Nexus Nodes is an organization dedicated to establishing ourselves as a leading educational and research platform for Web3 Law & Policy. Our primary focus is on conducting pioneering research and delivering top-notch education in this emerging field. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the traditional legal and policy frameworks and the rapidly evolving landscape of Web3 technologies.

Our educational initiatives empower individuals to navigate the intricate legal, policy, and regulatory dimensions of Web3 technologies. We successfully completed the inaugural "Genesis" program—a month-long course on Web3 & Emerging Technology law and policy, with 60 participants including law students and experienced practitioners. Instructors from around the world offered a global perspective. Collaborating with esteemed law firms and organizations enhanced the experience. We have received immensely positive feedback and we wish to expand the course to a significantly larger size both domestically and globally in an effort to create a global community of Web3 legal and policy experts, advocating for better regulations and supporting emerging Web3 companies.

Our research delves into Web3's legal and policy implications. Through in-depth analysis and actionable recommendations, we aim to shape the evolving Web3 legal landscape. Our work has been featured in Thomson Reuters and recognized on three Top 10 paper lists on SSRN, underscoring our impact. We aim to provide universal access to Web3 Legal and Policy knowledge and also spark informed discussions, fostering a global community with a shared understanding of Web3's legal dimensions.
