Curation Process
Using several Farcaster tools @ghostlinkz analyzes the Farcaster network and manually selects 100-150 casts each week. From this collection, 30 casts are curated to tell a visual story that aims to showcase the noteworthy content being shared and discussed on Farcaster. Each Outcasters snapshot also includes a twly report featuring the top 30 active users and the top 100 casts from this week last year.
Starting with Snapshot 008, Outcasters begun the process of decentralizing the newsletter's curation by inviting other members of the Farcaster community to participate as curators. Out of the 20 snapshots published to date, 9 have been curated by guest curators. This initiative aims to promote a more diverse array of perspectives and content within the newsletter, opening doors to increased community engagement and participation. Simultaneously, it seeks to cultivate a sense of ownership and collaboration among Farcaster users.
