The Zuafrique Builder Program is an intensive and curated two-week experience designed for operators, builders, and enthusiasts focused on Ethereum and Layer 2 technologies in Africa.

This premier edition is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024 and will be held in Accra, Ghana. We picked this strategic location with the aim of attracting talent from all over Africa. The program will combine technical workshops, hackathons, panel sessions, and knowledge sharing to provide a collaborative environment where participants can prototype and push the boundaries of Ethereum-focused technology.

Program Objectives:

Foster Collaboration: The Zuafrique Builder Program aims to bring together brilliant minds from across Africa to collaborate on Ethereum-based projects. By creating an environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge exchange, we aim to facilitate the development of impactful products and solutions.

Skill Development: Through a series of technical workshops, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their skills in Ethereum and Layer 2 technologies. The program will cover a range of topics, including zero-knowledge proofs, artificial intelligence, smart contract development, decentralized finance (DeFi), decentralized applications (dApps), and scaling solutions. Experienced industry professionals will lead these workshops, providing in-depth insights and practical guidance.

Hackathons: The program will feature engaging hackathons where participants can apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills to build prototypes and innovative solutions. These hackathons will encourage participants to think creatively, collaborate, and experiment with Ethereum technologies.
