我们正在构建基于第 3 层 (L3) 的隐私社交协议，项目内部带有一个单播的 DA 网络，主要使用的技术有纠删码，kzg，bls 和数据存储管证明，网络中的每个节点只存储一个数据片段，kzg和bls来保证数据的有效性和真实性，存管保证保证数据的存在性。单播技术保证了数据的高效上链，使用纠删码技术保证网络中不完整的数据，在一定程度上实现了数据的隐私性，同时修复了mn个的特性(m>=n)，将数据交换m份，其中的n份就可恢复出完整的数据从而提高网络同时我们会在layer2上部署一个经济模型合约和验证者合约，经济模型奖励节点积极参数存储数据，惩罚机制防止节点作恶，逆向重新质押协议的质押者质押他们的 ETH 到整个网络，按照逆向重新质押协议协议中，质押者2可获得三重收益，第一个收益来源于质押票的转让，所有上层系统要获取我们第3层隐私社交协议，都需要持有质押票，质押票支持转让交易；第一个来源于layer3网络的激励第三奖励；第一个来源于以太坊信标链上的再次质押收益。验证者合约里面会去验证链下的zk证明者生成的数据证明，网络中的节点随机的不断的验证其他节点的数据真实性。当然，所有网络对采集我们系统，都需要使用我们的隐私加密的sdk进行数据的处理才能发布到链上，我们会提供node、go和rust sdk。我们整个项目目前已经进行了1年半了，也做了一个上层的钱包应用来接收我们的整个系统，目前上层应用的MVP已经完成，layer3链也已经开发完成80%，预计明年Q1会发布layer3链，今天年底会发布上层钱包应用。

找到一種生活方式，既能離開，又能留下。
成為一個移動的人，遊歷四海，牧養地方。
倡議一種負責任的數字遊民生活，是 Matters 發起遊牧者資助計畫的初衷。計畫希望幫助更多人以遊牧的方式，走進不一樣的世界；也提醒路上的人反思與連結，回到不一樣的自己。
我們深信，出走能點燃創造的火把。手持火把走向曠野，探尋規則之外的其他生活，探尋視野之外的他者，探尋社會之內的自我，探尋他者與我的相遇。人們透過創造，獲得解放與自主。
我們也深信，出走只是開始，路上的人每一處落腳點，於行路者是風景，於本地人是家鄉。選擇遊牧，就必須要敏感於自己的介入。參與，而不是掠奪；生產，而不是消費。打開自己，認識在地人的真實議題；而不是打開手機，把沿路都變成直播的背景。以身做橋，連結起此地和遠方；而不是封閉自己，繼續複製全球結構裡的不平等。
在今天的世界，地方主義和全球主義可以且需要一同努力，而負責任的遊牧者，有機會成為其中最好的行動者。
Matters 相信數字遊⺠是一群很有創造和爆發潛力的人，他們四處游走，一直在路上生活、思考，具有靈活性和彈性，可以創造出不被地域框著的想像力和行動力。因此，我們宣布舉辦「數字遊⺠節」，希望邀請所有願意走出、探尋全新的生活工作秩序的夥伴，加入我們，深刻理解數字遊⺠的生活型態背後所代表的自由，以及反思和以自身作出回應；同時，我們也知道這條全新的路徑依舊充滿迷霧，需要更多人在這條路上去探索，打通每一個關卡，獲得生命的體驗、思考的方式、數位工作的可能性，再帶回來，跟我們一起作出分享。
因此 Matters 希望透過這次活動，為願意上路開啟探索的夥伴，提供初始基金和社群支援，為你搭建出發前的安全網絡，讓你在路途中可以盡情探索世界。
本次馬特市數字遊⺠節初始總獎金池為 $ 5000 美金，由 Matters 站上用戶對申請徵文公開評選，Matters 會為獲選的數字遊⺠提供資源。此外，若果你最終獲得的獎金與你的出行預算並不相符，唯你一旦參加活動並獲得獎金，你便需要按照投稿文章的原定計劃出行，除非有特別原因，我們將在獲獎名單公佈後兩周內跟你確認細節。如果有獲獎者未能出行，我們將採取遞補處理，具體內容可以後續關注 Matters 官方公告。
