Anna, a communications lead for ReFi DAO and ReFi Spring, seeks support for her work in onboarding projects to Gitcoin, hosting Gitcoin Radio slots, and coordinating local node cohorts.

Hey everyone!

My name is Anna and over the past 9 months, I've been working with the wonderful humans behind ReFi Spring and ReFi DAO as social media and communications lead.

I am applying to the Gitcoin Citizen's round to be able to support my contributions as a member of the ReFi DAO team during these challenging market times.

Over the past months I have worked on different initiatives, supporting people when onboarding on Gitcoin:

  1. I supported the onboarding of 14 projects on the Local Node Featured Round during the Gitcoin Beta Round
  2. I hosted 6 slots of the Gitcoin Radio organized by the Solarpunk Guild with the aim of providing a place for inner regeneration and bonding between Local Nodes and other projects
  3. Hosted multiple twitter spaces via ReFi DAO's twitter account in order to support projects during Gitcoin Beta and Gitcoin 18
  4. Supported various projects with a VideoAsk, editing an publishing their promo videos via ReFi DAO: https://twitter.com/KaicAnna/status/1695104093381882332
  5. Together with Daryl Edwards I coordinated the organization of the Local Nodes Alpha cohort, which also supported the Local Node founders with the information needed to fundraise through Gitcoin
  6. I supported the onboarding of 31 Local Nodes to the Local Node Featured Round during Gitcoin Grants 18

And all of this was done with loads of love.

In the next months, I plan to:

  1. Help organize the Local Node Beta Cohort, which will include an onboarding guide to Gitcoin for Local Noders
  2. Get more involved in the organization of the Gitcoin Radio of the Solarpunk guild by hosting more slots of the Radio
  3. Get more involved in the Solarpunk Guild activities in order to help projects with their applications on Gitcoin
  4. Help onboard even more projects on Gitcoin during Gitcoin Grants 19
